Phone system is driving me crazy PLEASE help
Been trying for 2 days now to get the bluetooth to work. Its driving me crazy!

Your car as standard has ability to Bluetooth pair with phones for phone calls only ... includes your phone book. It does NOT have as standard ability to Bluetooth music or GPS prompts from phone ... this requires aftermarket equipment attached to aux input in glovebox. Pairing code for phone is mbusa.

John, I feel your pain. After many attempts, I was able to pair my S20 but now that I upgraded to the S21 I haven't been lucky enough to pair it yet. Wish me good luck.
