Dynamic seats sometimes work, sometimes not.

Hi guys, as in title my dynamic seats and related massage sometimes work...sometimes not.
When they don't work, also rear headrest stop to work, unfoldable.
Yesterday evening for example I was driving on the motorway with massage on, suddenly it stopped to works and all the settings went to zero, as in the case there's a broken hose. But this morning all goes well until this afternoon with the same problem of yesterday.
How is it possible? Have you any ideas?
Thank you in advance.

Same question here...yesterday I was driving with the massage feature on, and it suddenly went to zero and shut off. When I try to turn it back on, the number briefly flips up and I feel the massage bladders move, and then immediately goes back to zero. Uh oh, my first problem since buying this a month ago.

Were you driving my car?

Could it possible there's a time limit about massages?

Hi,
check the bladders for leaks, could be smaller, so as soon the module ''feels'' a leak, it shuts down valves connected to bladders.....

I solved...ehm, my mechanic has solved! The problem was in the side legs cushions, he has isolated them and now all is working (not the seat obviously).

@iamback would you please expand on your issue? Are the side leg cushions leaking? Or something else?

As I written above, the problem was exactly in the side legs cushions because now, after some months, all the other features work well. I don't know at this point where there was the leak, exactly, but he had disassembled the seat and replaced all the hose in bad conditions and he didn't find any leak (he tried with pressure test).
Maybe the problem could be also some valves.

I recently had much of the massage function on the passenger seat, and part of the driver seat rebuilt/repaired. It took about 3 months for the dealer to collect all the necessary parts. It's been so long that I can't remember what the bottom seat cushion function does. Do the bladders at the sides of the bottom cushion work in conjunction with the seat massage function, or are they only there for seat adjustment function? They also do not inflate going around corners in the dynamic function, like the back side bolsters do. Is this normal, or should the bottom bladders be inflating in these circumstances?

I don't have a clear answer to your question because my mechanics cut out something in both seats because I had some pressure problems due to some valves...so I remember that side bottom cushion inflated (too much in mine) but I didn't remember if they worked also in massage / dynamic.
