2012 CL63 No "Bluetooth Audio" in Audio Command?

I just took delivery of my 2012 CL63 the other day and I couldn't be happier, however after i set up my phone i went to Audio to play music through Bluetooth and there was no "Bluetooth Audio" in the drop down. I know this car is a 2012 but my 2011 E550 Coupe has it so I'm not sure if I need to do something in settings.

Please Help.

Thank you,

My Apple Play needs to change the Audio setting in the M-B audio to AUX
It's the source for all of the Apple Play inc telephone

Nuisance to remember, is that if you want to go back to M-B radio etc then change the Audio drop-down to DAB
And then back again to AUX when changing to Play

Thank you,
The first iPhone that could transmit audio via Bluetooth (because it featured wireless earbuds) was the iPhone 6 introduced in 2014. No Mercedes in prior years featured the ability to bluetooth receive music.

You require an aftermarket dongle--a bluetooth receiver--that mates to your glovebox aux input.

The car is new to you but it's 11 years old.
