Looks great!
I would have thought it would sit a little lower with the lowering module.

Looks like the Brabus lowering module is set to position II. You can flip the switch on the module to position I to make it even lower.

HOT. Benzes are designed for silver and black, I'm convinced.

Someone please tell me how you post such high quality pics...

everytime I try the thing tells me "size exceeds 640x480" and I wind up reducing it to some tiny low res picture.

CL65 that's a beautiful car.... but I have a question for you. Obviously this car is not cheap... if you are buying a car that is this expensive, do you not want it to have all the available options? I mean I can see there is no parktronic or distronic for example, did you just not care about these? I am shocked that MB sells this $180,000 car and leaves ANYTHING out frankly...

It has parktronic. You need to look close, but the sensors are there. They get hidden well in black.

load the file somewhere else and use the [img] comand to display it. this way you're not limited to 640 x 480 when using attachment.

You are right Adam... I see the sensors there... but I don't think Distronic is there because of the front MB emblem. I saw a CL65 just today at the dealer, it didn't even have the trunk closer... no parktronic, no distronic, and no TPS. And its not the first one I have seen like that. I mean not that these are a big deal honestly... you can live without all of them... but the car is $180K! come on! Would you want some dude with a CL500 that cost half yours to have things on his your 180K CL65 doesn't have?!

Cool... you don't have to share this info exactly, but I am just wondering how much of a discount (if any) you were able to get off the MSRP. I am wondering what a CL65 can be had for if you really bargain.... thanks.

I like that they leave this things as options, casue they do alter the appearance of the car (well not TPS and trunk closer) but Distronic and Parktronic alter the appearance of the car, if I were purchasing one, I'd want the car to look as neat and clean as possible and I think that Parktronic/Distronic take away from that.

Thanks,
Adam

True.... but man do I love my distronic in heavy traffic... I just set it and rest. It does however have a different emblem on the front of the hood with no grille around the three pointed star... just a solid plate. Parktronic on the other hand is a pain in the *** that breaks all the time.

I thought SBC was like an electronic sensor in the pedal for the braking system that sensed how hard you press the pedal... distronic just keeps the distance from the front car above 30MPH I think... just brakes and accelerates on its own, It works really well on my 600. I use it a lot and when buying the car every salesman told me "oh you don't want that... no one uses that"....

Ricky are you an official employee of Euroteck now? You are like the perfect employee for a performance shop... who else is on the boards 24/7.... write a new thread at 3 A.M. on a sunday and within 10 minutes you have a response from Rickyagrawal...
