Finally some pics of my CL
Here are pics of my car....just had it lowered at a place called Status Auto Design in Hermosa Beach and I have to say, they DID A GREAT job on the drop!

It was the white color that attracted me to the CL. It's clean, elegant and classy and the white shows off 'her' curves.
For my tastes, I think the drop is .25" too low. I can't imagine making a full locking turn, but that is a nasty side profile stance parked. I think any type of enthusiast would have a double take and/or comment while walking/driving by.

yes we have shocks, but not standard metal springs. Anyway the shet is expensive and with 20" wheels and the car lowered that much, its only a matter of time before something is damaged. Any impact will be transmitted to the chassis because the suspension will not be able to handle it like it should. It won't make a good used car... lets just say that.

Where did this guy go !!??!!?? I'm hoping he'd come back and answer some questions. I hope this suspension setup is adjustable, but the car is off the hook.
Plus, I'd like to ask if he checked those WALD boxes in his picture to make sure they were empty.

Ya I am still around....
When we dropped the car I didn't really ask too many questions, but I called up Dave at Status (the guy who took care of the car) and he informed me its a MB part from Germany (a shim or something).
And ya, the Wald box behind the car is empty, it was for my LS430 I had. Thinking about getting the WALD kit for the CL too.

LOL ! Righteous. The wald front and rear bumpers are hot fro the CL. Stick with the original AMG side aprons(sp) IMO
question: Does the ABC still have room to raise the car?
