03 CL55 w/ CA buybacks

i noticed there are 2 CL55's listed on EBAY that were MB buybacks supposedly w/ everything fixed. anyone have thoughts/comments on this? thx.

I think the price is a bit high considering it's a buyback. I think 45 to 47 would be right.
In my limited experience, Ryan Garnett is a good guy/dealer.

They don't buy back a car because the phone doesn't work. In CA, the car has to be brought back for the same repair a minimum 3 times before they consider a buy back. If it was a minor problem, why did it come back so many times. Electrical problems are the worst! They always come back to bite ya in the rear.
Also, that is a high price. I traded in my 03 CL55 with less than 20K miles, and only got 52K for it, 6 months ago, from the same dealer I bought it from in Dec. of 02 for $135K.
As DFW stated, it should be in the 40's since it was a buy back.

Yes, I would stay away from lemon's law cars.
