Hey There,
My dad drives a '01 CL 55 AMG. The inner lights (parking lights/daytime lights) are like a yellowish/off-white color and the HID headlamps are a bright white/blue color.

Does anyone know the type of bulb that goes in the inner lights? I was hoping to get him some PIAA hyperwhites to help match the color of the headlamp closer.

Thanks,
Brendan

EDIT: looks like the foglights don't match either, anyone know what type of bulb goes in the foglights aswell.

Thanks In Advance

Brendan,
You might want to check with your SA at the local MB dealer.

From the MB website:
Xenon High Intensity Discharge low-beam headlamps with automatic level control, halogen high beams and front foglamps, and heated headlamp washers.

they are going to try and sell me the MB ones though. I want to replace them with an aftermarket company.

The city lights are wedge bulb type 168/194 and the fogs are HB 9005/9006. Now please be aware these are the bulbs on my CL65 but they should be the same.

On my car it was a royal PITA to change those city lights but your 55 might have more room. For the fogs I had my bumper removed.
