Not sure what any of that means. Is NSF "near side front", or "front passenger door" as we would say over here? If so, you seem to have a problem with your automatic door latch.

If that's the problem, there are a number of possible causes. The vacuum pump is probably the most common. It usually fails in a way that takes out both closers, but it's not unheard of for it to fail and affect only one door. A hose is another possibility. And the latch itself can be the problem. I had a latch fail, which caused the pump to go and the hose to collapse! "Luckily" it was an "infant mortality" problem on a new car and was taken care of quickly and at no cost.
