The "good news" is that when you add the options, you will be at or above the CL600 "all included" price. I can only imagine the "debate" that this information will incite.

I just don't understand, based from the info: the CL63 is $10K! more compared to the S63 ($127,000) and considering the fact that the S63 has two more doors at the back and more space. Really don't get it why the difference is that big

Historically, the CL has always been priced higher than the S-Class, so it would make sense that the CL63 is that much more expensive than the S63.

What surprises me is that the CL63 is so close in price to the CL600, although based upon what I am hearing from my dealer, the US will only see a few hundred CL63's in total for 2008. In some ways I think MB has oversold the AMG franchise by "over" producing what has traditionally been a relatively limited edition vehicle. The resale market has been horrendous, so maybe with fewer being made, the excessive depreciation can be somewhat reduced.

I been seeing dealer's markups (greed factor) on the 07 cl from 10-25K. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

they take a big hit as soon as they leave the lot on these pricey cars. I saw an 05 cl 65 on a mb lot for 92K and the car cost new about 180K. that's 50% in 2 years!
