they should be Carbon fiber,. thats why you cant get replacement fender parts at a lot of body shops because you have to be certified by MBZ to install and paint them

It should be polyurethane (or similar material), definitely not fiberglass. Almost all benz front and rear bumpers are made from this material. CL65 is one of them.
