another data point - the cl65 is a depreciation trap... wholesale prices for 05s are approaching mid-low 50ies as cars out of warranty are just beginning to dip in the high 40ties.
i cant think of another car that depreciates like that .. and i do know a thing or two about this process...

I promise to ask permission before I do. I really don't want to sell the CL and I can't afford both right now so I'm going to keep what I have. I'm just missing having a real sports car every once in a while. My CL is so comfortable and classy it is hard to give it up. I need to get rid of the head unit and put in an aftermarket touch screen one and a subwoofer. Then I want to chip my car and get hopefully the VRP intercoolers if they actually work.
Thanks for setting me straight. I'll get the Z06 in a year or two.

With the perception of where the economy is going right now, I don't think there are as many people out there looking for used CL65's. I would suggest that you put your car out there on the market at a price you feel comfortable with. If someone comes along and gives you what you are looking for then great...you get to go buy your Z06...one of the best performing sports car bargains of all-time. If no one comes with a serious offer, then that is great too...as you are still the owner of one of the best luxury performance coupes of all-time. I don't think you can lose in this situation.
Good luck,
Tom
