20" on new CL - what tire sizes?

Depending on where you do most of your driving your main area to watch is the aspect ratio. Most sizes will fit, but will you be able to tolerate the ride.
I found 25 and 30's were nice when I was in Vegas but unusable in the midwest.

I'm running 20X9 on 255/35 in front and 20X10 285/30s in back. No problem when stock, but after i lowered it, had to roll the fenders cuz there was some rubbing. (On lorinser RS6s). Like the 35 30 setup due to potholes and crap.... don't want to buy more new rims...... wait a minute.... do u drive a cl55 or a cls55? May be slightly different.... i'm talking cl55 from my own experience..... cls55, i'm not so sure....

10.5s in the back, with 305/25. Car is lowered about 1.5 inches so it can occasionally rub on the freeway when the car drops further, so I generally just hit the button to raise the car up and that makes it go away almost completely.

Rear: 20X10 wheel 295/25/20 Tire
No issues, but make sure you get the right offset to avoid problems regardless of wheel/tire size. Also you should try to keep the same the same tire diameter, see attached link:

Anyways here is what I did to this CL63. Took of the 22's, than put the 20's on. The owner got rid of the stock wheels and needed to put 20's back on it inorder to sell the car.
It went from this.
22x8.5 and 22x10.5
245-30-22 and 295-25-22
To this
20x8.5 and 20x10 32et front and rear 12mm spacer in the rear to clear the caliper.
255-35-20 and 275-35-20
No rub.
