Whats a good price CL63?
Dealer has a 2008 CL63 with 7K miles on it. Never titled, driven by the MB dealers owner. Mercedes is giving $10K marketing dollars. I would think it would be priced like a used car or should be?? MSRP is around $142K including gas guzzler tax. I would think something over 30% off MSRP. Offer in the $95-$99K range. What are your thoughts?

I just bought a 2008 CL600 a couple of months ago and got a hugh discount. Car listed for $152,000
Because the car has never been titled, I think they can get away with not selling it as a used car-- but I am not sure do to the fact that it has over 7000 miles on it.
But your pricing, in the light of the economy, should be no more than $100,000 to $105,000 plus tax.

I can't afford
It's a used car no matter how a dealer makes it sound, it should be bought at used car price. What are used CL63's with 7k miles selling for, that's where you start.
There's no difference weather you or a dealer put the miles on it, except for the fact that you would actually take care of it cause you paid for it, and the dealer just beats it cause it's not his.

Brand new (delivery miles only) CL600 with $152k MSRP are offered in $118k range,that would be a better deal and a better car.

Need to assess value vs own driving and aesthetic preferences
Have had '07 CL550, 600; '08 63 030; and now have '09 65
Sure, 550 was less costly, but an Accord would be even cheaper....but best value for me in terms of daily driving entertainment (and transportation) has undoubtedly been 65
Have suggested to AMG to launch 65s first (w/proper 030 wheels, etc) to save impatient CL addicts many dollars of opportunity cost and wasted depreciation in driving 550, 600, 63 030 while waiting for 65....
