YES i am a dealer...

this car has had zero problems since I bought it... and I have put a few miles on it...Incredible car....

it is certainly more dependable then it's competitors....oh it has none... so I guess it is a car in it's own class..

I bought the 997

I cant keep all the cars I have and have an empty credit line....

Again I am an avid enthusiast of all AMG's.....

I put about 200 miles on it since it arrived yesterday.... incredible car....

Thanks ...All I want to do is drive this car...lol

FYI the car is listed on autotrader now.....taking offers...car drives like new...
Truly a piece of great engineering.....

I know.... the new CL looks too generic...
I prefer the old CL more......

the CL65 is my only choice....

I picked up the 997 very cheap and I have decided to hold on to it
I cant keep all the cars I have

the car is getting a ton of buzz on ebay...

and a deal is real close with 2 buyers...it has only been a few days....

I will back in one in less then 6 months...if I can find one....

this is my second CL65....

I added that the car was very very rare...
.
Yes the car is still available and it is on ebay......

AMG'S are not that profitable ....

this is not my primary source of income....
I am out of credit

NO BS here.. I am an enthusiast as well as a dealer
Funny I keep mentioning I dont sell cars

I am taking offers..

I only do this part time .....this is not my full time gig...most of the cars I buy are for myself and friends .....

I AM NOT A CAR SALESMAN....

I will take $47.5k for the car and I will pay for the shipping.....

I hold a dealer license I do sell the cars I have as well.......

I pick these cars out myself and i am very cautious about what I buy....

this is not what I do for a living.....

but I am not gong to sell the cars I ship here and put my time and effort into as well as the ton of money for my establishment to just give the cars away i buy...

This is only an advantage to the people on this board...I am fair and I am not marking anything up

Am I amping the the thread up for the sale? The CL65 is a great phenomenal car and this one I am selling

the car is getting a ton of buzz on ebay...

and a deal is real close with 2 buyers...it has only been a few days....

No I simply enthusiastic about the car as well as letting everybody know it is for sale....

it is more of a hobby and not a job......

regardless if I am selling a car or not.....You have the choice to buy or not...

but in the mean time dont judge me .....without drugs this world would be more of a canvas without color and personality.

My original post the first one was the adding comments on how great the car is.... and I ALSO LISTED IT FOR SALE IN THE SAME THREAD..
Some quotes from your thread....All I can say is WOW!!

I understand the need to buy and sell, since the objective is to own all the fun cars you can. I think Munk is doing a good job and I don't have any problem with his posts. It ain't hype when you are only telling the facts

Sorry, but I still think that calling it an awesome car, is to help sell it.
You don't sell awesome cars, unless you need the money!!

If I had a garage full of cars I loved I'd go broke, cause I wouldn't sell em.

Different strokes for different folks. I've sold several great cars so I could buy something else that I thought would be fun to own.
Wish I would of kept that 1991 Acura NSX that I bought with 10K miles on it in 1994 for $29K and sold one year later with 19K miles on it for $31K

and now your selling your daddies car?

For two guys who love Cl65s so much, you sure seem to want to dump them.

Is it just me or are people really crazy in here ? Who cares if the guy is selling his car...ARE YOU GOING TO BUY IT ? If not, why question his motives to sell ? The car even comes with a warranty ! So there goes problems with the car being the reason for sale out the window. You didn't purchase it, you didn't find cause to sell it, and you certainly won't be the one buying it so what's the problem ? I understand if members want to bring some things to the light about a potential sale on a car but when it's something like this with the allegations that are going on, it truely boggles the mind ( mine at least ). And what's with this so " rare " stuff. Look on autotrader and search for 65's with " any " distance from your zip code , i don't think they're that rare IMO. Spend $300 bucks and fly to go get the car.

I think some people are getting enthusiast mixed up with " crazed car psycho ". Geez from the way you guys sound you'd think ya'll were having sex with them ! Nitpicking over one's property wow... this is a mercedes forum. What if he got the car, then someone offered him a gallardo for cheap ? It's a sin to sell this car to get that one ? WTF ?

I personally know people that worked so hard over a yr almost to obtain the car they've dreamed of for years only to sell it in within 3 yrs. Even i'm guilty of this. Not only with cars but with other things. You finally get something, and great ok, I got it, now I want something else...but oh I forgot, i'll be called crazy ( indirectly ) or looked at suspiciously if I were to sell it

Anyway, i'm sorry for the rant ! Just was going crazy blowing through all the posts from people mad at your for selling a car lol. I wouldn't care if you were or weren't a dealer, if you had cars like this for sale... I'D WELCOME THE INFORMATION ! ! ! Glad you got the car sold !

Edit: Wow i just realized it took this for me to finally post something hahaha... I must have been really irritated. Sorry All ! ! ! hahaha ! ! !

Your comprehension skills clearly need attention. MBWorld has classifieds for a reason. If he wanted to sell the car he could've gone there with no problem. If there is to be no sense of organization here, we might as well combine every single sub-forum into ONE gigantic forum and go crazy, right? What do you care? Not like it's a sin.

I couldn't agree more! It keeps me employed, as well as Smith, Wesson and their buddy Glock. It also keeps Ford employed and that ugly *** Crown Victoria still gets made. Oh oh and it keeps my other friends the DA's and Public Defender and the Judge employed too. Oh my, I forgot the homies at the jail who keep them locked up too.

You're right, the economy is pumped up b/c of drug dealers.

Because of them, I'm employed, and I drive an AMG.

Thanks guys!

Make no mistake, my comprehension skill are not in question here. If I'M not mistaken, you were one of the people i'm talking about banging on his " car enthusiasm " and whether it was genuine or not. Seriously, you and I both know that if the whole case about this thread was that it was in the wrong area, you should have reported it to a mod and at most left a post stating this fact. Did you do that ? I think not.

If you were to frequent other forums you would notice the type of audience you'd require for certain " for sale " items may or may not be found in the classified section. Hence threads of this type being placed in a section of the forum that wouldn't normally be allowed. Case in point, on bimmerforums RIGHT NOW, the forced induction forum has a boosted e36 for sale. Is that the correct forum ? Hell no, however, the mods realize that you may not get the traffic of people that you'd get if he had placed the thread in the classified section. AMAZINGLY ( as it probably would be to you ) the mods allowed it. GASP ! ! ! that's insane ! ! ! OMG ! ! !

Bottom line is if your that butt hurt about threads being in the wrong area, press to admin about becoming a mod. Then you can be a thread **** all you want. Until then, it be keen of you NOT to s h i t on someone else thread just because it's in the wrong section. OR question his " car model enthusiasm ". Or better yet, become a cop and work your way up to detective so that you can feel more accomplished when you have your " assumptions " about others actions or intentions.

Forgive me if my post came across to be intended for all readers. That was not my intention, as many people throughout the thread posted many positive things about his car and sale. I'm glad you are not phased by someone elses' purchase or sale but, it is clear there ARE those that care what someone buys or sells. If not, I doubt anyone would have had any posts in this thread other than directing him to the correct forum section or saying it was a nice car and glws. It almost came across to me that it was insane to sell a car that you like/love. And to think about it, even if it was insane, who cares ? See what i'm getting at ? As stated, no offense to those in this thread that posted positive remarks.

----------------------------------------------------------------

To those interested enough in my reply:

It was more of a rant at the posts I saw about his intentions and credibility being an enthusiast and blah blah blah about why would he sell his car if it's so great and blah blah blah. Like I said, if it was a problem with him posting a thread in the wrong area, the proper authorities should have been alerted. I do not believe that was the case here. I saw the OP defending himself over and over about why this and why that. Answers to which were none of anyone's business. Guy posts a thread about his car, throws some pics up and says it's for sale( who gives a flying rats a$$ about how many threads were posted previous about the same car ).

Why come into his thread and ask anything other than " can you post this in the correct forum ? " I gather the excuse for this is " it's a free forum I can do what I want " or " He posted in the wrong forum and I just gave my 2 cents " and all that jazz. These same people need to think about these actions of others when they decide to post a thread and get people coming in it hijacking it. And don't use " oh well I still said glws etc " because let's be serious, that's about as sincere as robbing someone with a smile and saying sorry I have to do this afterward.

I also agree. There wouldn't be as many employed in certain fields if drugs weren't around. I personally know law enforcement and prosecutors that wouldn't be where they were had they not busted/convicted the amount of people they did for drug related charges.

To thread:

IMO I seriously think there is no reason to hate the drug dealer ( to the guy that hated on the kid that had a ludacris quote in HIS sig ). If no one wanted to use the drug, there wouldn't be a market for it. No one forces drugs on people. That's a self induced choice. I don't see anyone mad as hell about the cigarette boys or the alcohol producers that give the same problems associated with drugs. It's supply and demand just like any other product. Just so happens the sale/possesion of that product is illegal. But hey, wtf am I saying NO ONE DOES ANYTHING ILLEGAL ! ! ! lol seriously, some people need to get off their high horse.

I don't have a dog in the fight; however, I feel compelled to say that I have met Mark "retardedmunk" at Moroso a few times. Last time he was racing one of his black CL65s. He is a solid person and a Benz enthusiast. I have personally had 3 65s (2 CL65s and a S65) and Mark is probably more passionate about these cars than I am.
