AWOL? Nah, I just think about what I can do with $900. I have 15 yards of CF fabric, a lot of resin, and a crafty side. I'm not happy we went from $500 to 900. And I'm a little wary of what the finished product will be (photoshop examples?). My front CF lip is only CF overlay, but I paid a reasonable price for it, and got what I paid for. I can cover my existing diffuser with CF fiber and get the same look for hundreds less. But...if you get all the deposits that are on the list, mine will not hold up the order, you will get my money.

I agree with Jay. The price increase is a lot. I think we were originally quoted 500-700 I think....900+ and don't know what the finished product will look like is a bit much. Don't get me wrong Neal CF stuff is top Notch and I would not buy CF from anyone out there but him. Just a bit too much I guess. Neal drop that price bro....![Stick Out Tongue](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
*Edit*
Can we get something like this around this price...

Sorry guys. I wish I can do more. But there is 0 room for negotiation here. We would be so close to a loss to break even on this as is. Which is why you are not seeing me push this so hard, because from a business stand point it does not make much sense as is, But if we get enough people to cover the costs we will do it anyway to help out a few members have a quality piece with exclusivity.

If I can make a suggestion. As a former owner of a CF buisness for my RX7 I made several peices that were "limited" because once I made something I did not feel like doing 1's and 2's here and there so i think you have a right idea.
Now when it comes to material i would only use a heavy 4x4 weave not a lighter 2x2. The 4x4 will look 1000 times better in the sunlight and hold up to the heat of the exhaust pipes and not turn yellowish or become see through. Also every civic kid on the planet has that 2x2 junk from taiwan on his car and these cars are not everyday grocery getters driven by 18 year olds. Material will make or break this peice and for pennies more you can get a better weave. Hope to see some pics soon of a finished product.

2009 E 63
Hey guys just wondering if everyone on the group list for the Rear diffuser has decided to back out. I see that no one has made any payments as of yet to Neal at Eurotech and it has been over a week since I posted the link to make payment. If everyone on the list can PM me or post a message and let me know what is going on.
Did anything come out of the order for the Rear Diffuser? I did not mind paying the $900 because no one else created this piece before.

Nope, nothing but a lot of talk. We did an E63 group buy and it went smoothly at the same price and everyone LOVED the finished product.

why dont we try and start up a new list, now that alot of more people are owning 03'-06' cause its affordable. also Neal, if we get 15 buyer the prices would be much lower then $900?
Neal if we do a group but on your front carbon fiber lip for the same car can we also get a discount from the retail price?

Do you mean can we start a separate group buy for the carbon fiber lip? If so yes, we sell those for $725. If you got 10 people we can do it for $499.
Thanks
Neal
