Worn control arm bushings... replace bushings or whole a arm?

Well title says it. My lower control arm bushings are cracked on the front. How to fix and how much? I was going to buy the bushings (which are relatively cheap) and have them installed, but someone said that it is better/cheaper to just replace the whole a arm that has the bushings. Is it really that many man hours or labor intensive to replace the bushings? Mercedes list for each a arm is $320 a piece. Can't imagine labor on replacing the bushings would outweigh that. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

I had just the bushings and ball joints replaced. Was still expensive at the dealer because it's a lot of book hours to do so.
