assuming you want to sell it within 30 days- in excellent condition and no warranty - 38-40k
trade-in is 33-37k.
if you want to mimic selling efforts and hold on to it until you get raped on it after 180 days- feel free to list it for 43-45k
the 05s are losing about 500-750/ month right this moment.
