Safeguard Vehicle Service Contract? Ideal for my 02 cl55 AMG?
Questions for you out there! Dont have an extended warranty on 02 cl55 amg. Was quoted from my dealer a deluxe extended warranty/ vehicle service contract with company called Safeguard at $5K and $1K for wheel and tires for 18 months. At the deluxe is to cover suspension and hydraulic components.
Any thoughts? Supposedly Mercedes Benz Dealers accept this coverage. I have 70, 450 miles on the car.
Right now I need to have both suspension valves on passenger side replaced. Certified Benz mechanic quoted me $3K. The internal leak from valves is past the seals and supposedly Mercedes does not make any repair parts available for valve assemblies. Despite not having a warranty, I know I will have to bite the bullet on this one.
Need some more guidance.
