i have done this conversion, you will need to have a bit of custom work done. the front hub mounting will need to be bored our to accommodate the larger bolts, i have yet to mount the rear hubs as the current hub will need to be machined and not bored. The system is amazing, i replaced my RENNtech F40 system and i can say these are better in many way. And just so we are on the same page, you have the 8 piston 4 pad fronts and 4 piston rears?

i just reread your post, i guess you got lucky on the front with them fitting fine on the front, please be careful as the front feels like it bolts up fine and reality the bolts are not correct if you are using the OEM ones from your original setup. I had to buy the the correct bolts from the dealer and after they didnt fit in my OEM hub. just an fyi. But do post up pictures!

To the OP: I have just completed the same upgrade you are attempting and you DO need to modify certain components on all four corners.
As momentum59 said, see my thread at the link shown above for more details.

BTW, the front caliper will not bolt on to you spindles. Not sure how you did that. You need to enlarge the hole in the spindle in which the caliper bolt (x4) passes through to a 5/8 in hole or metric equivalent. If you notice the correct bolts for the 8 piston calipers have an enlarge shank area so don't go by the diameter of the threaded area.

Do post some pictures when your done.

I would like to complete my rear brakes this week if I have the time. and finding out write really gave me some hope to have this done soon! I just don't know how you shaved the rear caliper mounts exactly, when I test fitted the rears it seems like the caliper gets off line with the hub and the brake pads touching awkwardly. Note this is before any modification. could you please explain in depth if the shave is just a straight shave or is it diagonal? I attached a quick diagram i created in paint lol hope it makes sense whats going on here because its hard to explain. Caliper is in green, Pads in black, Disc is in dark grey, and Hub is in light grey. Please let me know if you have any questions, I will try to play around with them sometime this week and take a picture if we cant figure it out by then. Thanks for the help!
