Just as the title states. How do I go about and find out what services have been completed on the car? What parts have been replaced (plugs, ABC)? If someone can help me out or steer me in the right direction, that would be great.

Now that you have it, may I strongly recommend a good extended warranty? I can help you with that if you're interested, just email me VIN# and current odometer reading to brucem105@comcast.net.
For the average CL65, if miles are not too high, you'll likely see a good return on your investment.

The VMI should show every time the car's been to an MB dealer, either for warranty work or paid service, in US or Canada.
