cl65 power and performance

If you could to help clarify things, please measure IAT's and boost. It will be the true indicator of the success of the pump if that was the problem. Also to play fair compare to outside air temps as well from when it was first tested, I know for me in NY things have cooled down alot in the last 2-3 weeks. You haven't stated if the you have any new found power at lower speeds such as 40 mph wheel spin....If you find yourself still struggling to spin the tires then you are still leaving alot on the table. Good luck with your calculations. In the mean time put the car in 2nd at around 45 mph let it coast down to about 42mph (the rpm's should be at a sweet spot) if you punch it you should have some blinking triangle action!! (thats what I would do)...Have fun!!!

I have attached a datalog from awhile ago starting in second gear and going most of the way through third. You will notice the boost is around 17-18PSI at low RPM and tapers off to 12 to 14 at 5000 plus RPM. This is a stock 2006 S65.
Please note it was about 105 degrees outside during this run so the airteps are pretty warm. It was taken using the Torque App with a Bluetooth OBDII adapter.

my car runs at about 14-15 psi and spikes 16- maybe 17 psi MAX so i am 2-3 psi off then your 65, but since i have a ecu tune im sure i should boost more then 20 psi...

Right under the aftercooler on the driver side is a electronic device which I think is the boost controller. And. I took off the vacume line that travels to both turbos. And I hooked a vacume gauge to see any leaks, And I did not see any leaks... Also another way I want to check and that is in the intercooler (charge side) and find out a way to pressurize it to see any leaks. But. I haven't gotten that far, but At that point I would hear a loud sound of lost pressure. If there was that kind of boost leak... I feel like the wastgate is bleeding the boost, and not by loose parts....Any other ideas in finding boost leaks

I think because of the misfire.. The ecu is bleeding boost with the wastgate.. I don't know guys. I got 14-15 psi of boost. And 17psi max spike. Does that sounds wrong? ( knowing factory max pressure is at 21psi)

I think 21 psi is a chipped ecu and not stock. I think stock is 14-15 psi.
