The chrome trim piece is not an orderable part by itself. You would have to order complete door handles.
With that said, the chrome trim is removable via two torx screws. You need to remove the door handles to remove and replace the trim.
I recently replaced my door handles due to the keyless go lock buttons becoming inoperative. I saved the chrome parts and would be willing to part with them. PM me.
Out of curiosity, what happened to your chrome parts that you are in need to replace them?

The lock portion is a different part than the door handle. If I remember correctly it is chrome plated/painted plastic where as the chrome part on the door handle is a metal.
Like the door handle you would have buy the entire part (including lock cylinder) if you wish to replace. You can buy that part either in silver or unpainted ONLY.

Blast from the past. I have the metal trim piece in mint condition from a passenger side CL (W215) door handle should anyone be in need.
