DIY: split S/C cooling for CL55 S55 SL55
This is because our cooling is setup differently than the E55. We got a self bleeder system coming from the rad and S/C.
The S/C shares cooling with the main reservoir.
One line from the main reservoir goes to the block and one line goes to the stock heat exchanger.
This is how I did it. I kept the self bleeder with the BMW reservoir:
BMW res:

I noticed the BMW res had a breather hole on the cap (PERFECT!):

Disconnect the S/C feed hose from the main res and plug the main res. Make sure it doesn't leak onto your alternator when it's pressurized.

I fitted a little pipe in the reservoir cap so I can attach the breather return hose to it. Also plugged the other hole. Made measurements and
prepared the BMW reservoir.

Disconnect the hose from the T. This T consists of the return line, feed line and fill line (BMW res).

Attach and clamp the hoses and make sure you have enough space for the air pipes that attach to the air box. I fabricated a custom clamp so the
BMW res doesn't move around. It's in solid.
Attach the air bleeder to the BMW reservoir cap.

I can't test it out just yet as I found out my stupid CM90 is dead already. Waiting for the new Bosch pump to arrive so I can log the after recovery times and IAT's with the Bosch. Also waiting for a new S/C belt and S/C pulley bearing.

Happy modding

R.K.
Also keeping an eye on the supercharger coolant level from time to time (as it's bleeding air out automatically). I already topped it up once. So far so good
