The Meziere pump lasted about 5 months, now its grinding itself to death. I know I read of an issue but don't recall the details. I need a new one, what is recommended. I will be installing a trunk reservoir as well so keep that in mind. Your input is important.

Speedriven has a pump now, I know that they did tons of test on all of the top pumps before they released theirs.

Call Meziere, they warranty thier water pumps. And the issue has been fixed.

I installed the updated Bosch pump on my car. I have no issues with mine. It apparently flows slightly better than the original.

Thats cool, I didn't vent the system. Ran a pressure cap which may have helped it along.
Took the pump apart and found the bearing (R8LU) to be damaged. I guess the seal (which is quite a complicated peace of engineering) let water past. I assume the new one has a different seal. I guess I should put it back together and call them. Hope they take it back, now i have a stand in unit installed (harbor freight 12 volt pump 40 bucks good for 2 years) works well doesn't flow as much but puts out 40 lbs of pressure (don't know about the meziere) and that may help navigate the maze of hoses.
