How to change side mirror step courtesy light?
Does anybody know how to change the little light on the bottom of the side mirrors, if so can you help me out please.

Same here....

I believe you have to remove the mirror and the housing to get to that bulb...

I want to replace it with LED's.

I've seen a few different videos for CLS, S, and ML All have various methods of removing the mirror. Can anyone confirm if there are clips or if it just shifts/slides to unlock on the W216?

Thanks for the PDF. Just meed a bit of courage and if you move the mirror into the down left position gives you a better grabbing point.

Also add to the thread for someone else the outer "bezel" is a separate part from the back of the mirror or cup just incase like me you scratched one side not both. It's not pictured or sold that way on the parts diagram.
