Makes a feel-able difference, at least it did for my car. The slight idle stumble is completely gone, and the engine is smooth as glass at idle!

MAKE SURE to push in the metal plug boots all the way until you hear the click sound. It takes quite alot of force to do so, but if you don't then they will not seat correctly.

The hardest part of the whole procedures is how to remove the plugs boot without the right tool. Most of us used the open end wrench to pry out the plug boot. What did you used?

My hands. On the left side, the very last plug I used a vice grip/lock jaw. That was the only one I couldn't get undone without a tool. My trick was to twist and try to spin the plug boot, and that way they come off easier.

Labeling the plug boots isn't entirely needed.

If you look at the heads, you will see Mercedes has given us a nice alpha diagram (A, B, C, D, E). The plug boots have this letter on them to indicate location.

Also, if your going through the process of changing plugs, test your resistance on the plug wires. When I changed mine at 100,000 miles, the resistance on some of the plug wires was high.

I ended up replacing the enter wire set as well.

Also, a little dab of DI-electric grease on the spark plug or smeared on the inside of the boot will help ease of installation as well as DE-installation the next time you need to pull the boot.

I also use a dab of anti-size on the spark plug threads.

2006 Cl500- nidzanyo is a royal douche and has been banned for a long time. might be able to get a hold of him through his youtube channel

also there are different styles of plug wires, there's a Beru brand which is also OEM but the 16mm mercedes spark plug wire tool wont work. hope this helps someone before they get upset at the tool they ordered, and wont work...
