How often is everyone changing their oil? (Mobile 1 synthetic, how many miles)

I only ran oils that have the named approval of MB 229.5, and thats what the AMG cars are made for!.
To reach a 229.5 approval, the oil has come through the strongest test in the whole industry. MB is the toughest one of all.
There are all the MB 229.5 oils listed: http://bevo.mercedes-benz.com/bevolisten/229.5_en.html
From them listed ones i only choose 5W-40 ones, since i only drive it in summer and don't really need a 0W-xy oil.
EDIT: Change Interval on my cars is every 10.000KM (Kilometers!). Since i do it on my own (easy job) and the oil i use is only 3.5€/per liter/quart i dont think about running it any longer.
I recently changed my CL 55 AMGs 0W-40 Mobil1 New Life oil (euro), it was almost 20.000km old and when cold outside it was very thick, almost like grease. Not good at all so i changed it with the filter.

Thats why I bring them my own 0-40 European formula in bottles and jugs.
More confusion: the Penske owned MB dealerships use a Pennzoil since Pennzoil is a Penske racing sponsor.They buy this in bulk also. I beleive Pennzoil spent the money for the certification testing and has some oils that meet 229.5 now. Glyn will know.

Bro I know you ride so let me ask you this if your bike overheats don't you change oil right then? I think that question how often we change our oil relates to your driving habit and outside temps. It's all about oil viscosity so if you drive hard change it sooner!
