CL63 AMG - W216, burnt out 3 ABC pumps.... PLEASE HELP!!! Blocked valve?
Hi guys,
I need help, big time.
Ive managed to waste big bucks on going through 3 ABC pumps!!
Im guessing from the research Ive done I have a blocked valve or pipe somewhere? (Im guessing this is causing the pumps to start leaking soon after we install them, even though we are fitting them correctly and using the correct fluid)
Can someone help in guiding me through what to look for, how will I know where the leak/blockage is? What shall I look out for?
At the time of this installation of the 2nd pump, the car is jacked up and sky high, and its still in this position, Im assuming the fluid is reaching the shocks then?
My car has only done 30,000 miles and I didnt have any ABC issues proir to this, but have recently carried out the 2012 facelift (pics to follow once done...looks great!)
Thanks in advance guys, really stuck on what to do!

Are you doing these swaps of the pump or is a shop doing them? Either way, someone is doing something in correctly. You have to "rodeo" the car for 10 min to get all of the air out of the system. That means the car has to be resting on its tires and not hoisted up in the air.
