Anyone know if the new beast will have the M275 power plant with the 7 speed trans?

I don't have your answer, but its a slightly different V12 M276 motor. Tranny hadn't been offered in the past but it's now available on the SL s...I think if it wasn't beefed up a lot the added weight of the CL or S would really beat it up...then think of what a tune will do on top of it.
