Feedback on price/setup 2008 CL600

I am planning on checking out a CL600 tomorrow.

It's an 08 with 10,xxx miles.
Renntech ECU tune, intercooler pump, and lowering module.
Has some carbon fiber pieces; suede steering wheel
21" Brabus Monoblock VI wheels that seem to be powder-coated black.
Everything is blacked out. Interior and exterior are both black.
No warranty

Dealer price: $54,999.

Any thoughts regarding price/mods?

Thanks!

According to Edmunds, dealer retail is $40,821 and trade in was $34,894. Do you think that's a good deal based on the information I just provided? IMHO, mods are worth $0.0 when you purchase a used car from a dealership.

I was wondering about the value mods have from a dealer. Why a zero value?

I thought the price was a bit inflated....I typically use nada.com. Had not considered edmonds.com.

These cars are hard to come by and I want to get a feel for the tune.

But yes...dealer=STEALERship

Well,
I spent about an hour with the car. Put 21miles on it. Overall, nice car but convinced.
Performance was awesome at 2500+ rpms! Under that ans car was sluggish, almost lethargic.

Suspension was nicw and soft....but bumps are still bumps and the car doesnt make them disappear.

Interior cabin noisw was 62 to 65 decibels at hwy speeds.

Car even had a factory radar detector.....who knew?!?

The murdered out look didnt favor the car...imo.
