Is 42,000 too High for a 08 cl63 fully loaded 29,633 miles?. Need buying advice

Hey all that's so much for the input sorry for posting so many times,almost bout the car but decided to wait for on with mb warranty still,you all were a great help but buying a third party warranty was a bit hard to do.I think I will try to get a 2012 when the s coupe drops,will I see a significant price drop?
