Eurocharged ECU tune and pulley

About to pull the trigger on a Eurocharged ECU tune and pulley. Aside from the ECU tune, is there much virtue to the smaller pulley? Will the additional blower heat worth the few additional ponies and trq.?

you will like the additional power added heat is nothing the bigger heat exchanger or a stock cooling system cant handle.

Do you have a new IC pump? If not that would be the first mod for that car, I would also do a HE and after that all the goodies. Either way you go you wont be unhappy but make sure that you have that IC PUMP

Don't forget your coils are likely to burn out after a tune

Thanks all. Leaning to the Eurocharged Stage 1 or 2 packages: IC pump, pulley, ECU tune. And a Premier Performance belt wrap. Anyone here have Eurocharged tune, etc.?

Why would you burn out the coils? Aren't they just having that issue with the v12 coils?
I be interested to know why you made that comment, as I have the eurochared ECU tune installed at the moment. I also have the FSP 80mm sitting in the garage for the next project...Hum interesting. Did your coils failed? How many miles did you have on the car?

I had a Eurocharged tune on my CL55 and I had nothing but issues due to my 82mm TB, if you have a stock TB you should be ok with their tune

A few days ago I spoke with a Eurocharged rep. He said they're still running the $399 ECU tune and $600 (?) if ECU tune and pulley. Some members mentioned first placing in a Johnson IC pump. This I have already planned to do as well as a belt wrap kit. Questions are: To achieve 550+ hp will a Eurocharged ECU tune and smaller pulley do the trick? What size blower pulley?

Have the pulley and tune on my 2003 cl55.
Best part is increased pull at lower rpm . Makes the car much more responsive in each of the lower gears.
My best "change"was changing my supercharger oil.
The oil was gone and supercharger was probably closing in on failure as the kick in and shift out was becoming gradually rougher and more unpleasant.
With new oil it is like a new car with very smooth supercharger action.
And it takes 30 minutes and costs one can of oil.

Doug, did you go with a smaller blower pulley or larger crank pulley? Was the upgraded I/C and pump added too? What oil used to refill blower? Thx

I did supercharger pulley exchange to smaller. No crank change.
pump upgrade done but I have had no problems with supercharger cut out even before replacement.

Oil for the supercharger is Mobil jet oil ll.
