star c3 question, problem
hi, i have a chinese star c3 system and have used it successfully about 10 times. the last time i used it i got a message Test circuit 15 by means measured value.battery voltage too low.
Possible cause and remedy.
charge battery, replace if necessary.
test generator, repair, or replace if necessary.
i checked my voltage with engine off and it was 12.1 volts with engine on 14.1 volts. what would cause this message? i had car running while using the star and tried the quick test multiple times with above results. even tried quick test with key on and engine off. same results. do you think that this is a problem with the star c3, or something else. any resolution you can think of?
