Cooling Fan Not Engaging

I apologize if this has been addressed before but I'm on my phone and having difficulty searching. No access to a computer at the moment.

My car has been running hotter than it should (95*C) in mild temps (55*F). I've noticed that the cooling fan will not engage unless the A/C is on. I've checked all the fuses (I think) and all seem well.

Not sure where to go from here.

95°C is perfectly fine and no issue.
Stock fan will engage without AC at a higher temperature, unless you do the -10C fan mod via SDS

Thanks for the reply. It did eventually kick on (without A/C on) around 98*C and stayed there. I'm going to replace the I/C pump as a general maintenance item as I've read this can cause higher temps.

The IC circuit will, if anyway, only cause higher overall temps if you floor the car continuously like a madman over many many minutes. You can actually "feel" the temperature of the IC circuit by touching the front Heat-Exchanger, which is part of the radiator "sandwich".
I find that even in hot summer days with AC on and some aggressive driving of the car, the larger HE gets barley hotter than "handwarm".
I never measured the actual temps, but i would assume the hottest i find was around 50°C at the HE. This does of course not translate into actual Intake Air Temperatures. My IATs Stock reached already 68°C during hot summer with AC on.

I did the "-10°C Fan mod", but made an actual -8°C mod out of it. Needle stays always around the 90°C mark which i find perfect

I have a new IC pump on the way. I was reading that that could be a possible issue for higher operating temps. When driving around last night I found that after pushing it hard then letting off that the SC wouldn't engage when I floored it again. Then, if I drove calmly for acouple miles and then punched it the SC came back online. IC pump was suggested then as well.
