2003 Cl55 140,00 miles need opinions please.

2003 Cl55 140,00 miles need opinions please.
Hi guys, I have had my 2003 Cl55 for quite a bit of time now. I got when it broke 90k and this morning I noticed it hit 140,000 miles. My car is basically stock (if anyone was wondering) it only has had it resonators and secondary cats deleted, as well as some wheels fitted (I'll attach pictures if anyone's interested). My questions here is, should I keep it?
Don't get me wrong I love the car, but I just re-did the ABC pump on it and that was a nightmare, and it's things like that worry me. If I were to replace it, it would be with 2010/2011 E63. Thoughts, opinions all appreciated, thanks!

I love my CL and would worry that there isn't much that can surpass it, except maybe a C216 or a C217.
I was contemplating getting a W211 AMG before the 215, and it is a different league inside, and with ABC (which I actually like). Its unique. I feel that going to a 211/212 would be stepping down.

At 140k miles she's "Family". Mine is an 06 with 125k miles. IMO it would be tough for most metal to touch her in a drag or highway, this whilst cruising in comfort and style. Get's looks, props, and respect where it goes. Noticed when cruising, other muscle get nervous like it's a Cobra amongst much larger animals...they nervously slinker away. The curious tail and pace like it's a rare MB. Once in a while I'm asked to nail it...and they're always obliged because I'm a show off, LOL

Thanks for your reply's guys, it puts thoughts into my head, lots of mixed emotions right now. I do absolutely love my car, do not get me wrong, and although she is as you said like family, sometimes family gets old and well, die. That's the vibe I get from my car, it's slowly hitting that old age where it's feeling it's time for a rest.
