Sunroof stops after 2"

When i press express back on the sunroof it stops at about 2". When i press express back again it goes the rest of the way. Ive tried the resets ive found but none seem to work. It hasnt always done this. Seems like it started after i changed the battery.

Hold the button until the roof is all the way back +3 seconds, The forward the same way. Do the same with the windows. If the sunroof stops again, there is some wax the dealer uses to lube it. Might have to buy some.

If you have already done the reset you probably need to clean and lube the track. I didn't get lube from the dealer. I cleaned the track and slides really good and used some silicone brake grease on mine and it fixed my stopping problem.
