P203F / P2033

P203F / P2033 Autel 708 scanner came up with these codes, My CEL isn't on. Car runs fine. My scanner explains it loosely as the two sensor connected to the air cleaner housings aren't seeing proper pressures, The MAP sensor is also part of the calculation. I'm not having much luck finding out much else.

Ya a bit unusual ?
p2033 -comparison of the pressures between components b28/6 (pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve), B28/7 (pressure sensor downstream of throttle valve) and sensor "ambient pressure" in control module n3/10 (me-sfi {ME} control unit). The ambient pressure is measured by a pressure sensor in control module n3/10.
So I had this code in the power-train but it DIDN'T TURN ON THE CEL. It seems the two sensors one in each of the air cleaner housings measure pressure and the MAP sensor does the same. The 3 sensor signals are then sent to the main power train PCM. The PROGRAMING looks for a certain value between all 3 and if it sees something out of bounds it sets this code as it were. Reading more in to the effects of setting this type of code the PCM will adjust the max boost to a lower value. My car has never seen 20 psi of boost at best i get 15 or less. I haven't nailed the throttle as yet but I will and maybe I'll get the correct max amount.
The actual MAP sensor is screwed directly to the top of the inlet manifold, kind of under and behind the ignition controller.
If you have a leak, you will probably notice at full throttle / full boost, and the engine will misfire and clamp down aggressively.
Mine did (and showed a CEL immediately). so I fitted T-bolt clamps on the rubber hoses at the charge cooler inlets, and the problem went away.
