Happy day! Got my CL65!

Forced Benz is correct.
The most important thing is to watch your AFR at the dyno. I would be careful not to blow up your motor at sustained full throttle.
That IAT is falling when you get in it after cruising is normal, because the pump starts working then. (If it is not wired to be always on) . Good luck on the Dyno...
P.S. I thought a little about your high speed video. Maybe it ran at 190 MPH in the limp mode, because how it is accelarating up to 180 MPH it is not so bad. The power it is making until 180 MPH is good for more than 190 MPH with the aerodynamics of the CL. It is really essential to do datalogging on the road/dyno what is happening in the motor.

Thank you sir. I just want my car to run properly and as promised. I just hooked a boost gauge to the plenum where the manual boost knob goes before the knob and was only seeing 12 PSI. So I bumped it a few more notched (still 10 less than SD had it at) and can see 15psi with a 20 spike when I nail it so I will leave it there for this afternoons dyno run. We will be using a wideband to monitor it.
After which I really would like to drive it down to you folks so it may be properly tuned because there is no way this car is ever going back up North.
Not sure what to do with SpeeDriven. I hope they chime in as I dont know if I should pursue more legal action or just have them pay for the tune and call it a day. The rest of the work is very nice but that tune, it just is not right and my software will only tune a 63, not a 65 or else I would just tune it myself.

Your boost is doing just what I told you it would to the T, the software does this. Hopefully eurocharged can get it worked out having the car hands on in the shop. Spikes to low 20s down to around 15 and will do a slow build back from there. The tuning is what's holding these damn things back. But that's sad Speedriven just wasn't honest about not being able to tune it. And even more so how they of all people haven't worked on the new generation stuff to even know that already.

Yeah I have spoken with Jake and Phil and feel confident they can correct the issue. I am so very disappointed in SpeeDriven in this case. The second I saw that manual boost control I knew I was in for trouble. I have it turned down enough to only run 12psi right now so it does not go into limp mode when it spikes. Car feels faster than stock but not $40,000 faster. I believe Euro will get it done properly though. I just cant believe after how patient I have been and understanding of the situations that they pulled this crap on such an expensive and rare car.
In 3 hours it will be on the dyno to see what its actually making but I am not expecting much. Not sure what a stock W216 lays down but I bet I will only be 40hp more. $1000 per hp is a good deal right? Hell I slap a cam, intake and exhaust on my Vette for under a grand and add over 100rwhp.

They can build some decent hardware, but hell there's plenty of people that can do that and to a much better level. Im sure you already know that with being in the domestic field. It's the easy part. They really are the Hack of Hacks to do that to your car. That's just a ticking time bomb only saved by the car going into limp mode. I'm all for you getting your car to eurocharged and having them be able to be hands on with it.
If they crack the tuning on it, you'll be helping us all out. And I'll finally be able to close the chapter on my 6+ years I've been trying to get my W216 65 tuned out to. Let us know what you run tonight. But stock you should be 535ish hp and 640ish Torque on a dyno jet stock

As soon as Phil gets back to me with a time I can bring it down to them I will. I would love to see what she does with 10 more lbs of boost!
A very mean sounding E55 just had its *** handed to it on the way home.

I'm glad you were able to make a shake down run. Your way off even a tune only car, so there is endless potential if it can be sorted out. With what those turbos are be capable of clearly there's 100s of hp on the table. And even more so in the Tq. My stock w215 at time of 8 years ago now, put down 609whp and 859rwtq with shelf tune and drop in filters from EC. My current w216 with way to much hardware and money in it only puts down 625ish and 840ftlbs on its best day.

Hi LaserSVT. Been following since the beginning of this thread. Just wanted to wish you best of luck with your car, your upcoming Eurocharged tuning and resolution with SD. Hoping you have favorable outcomes on all levels. Seem like a stand up guy and who is just looking to get what you paid for. Have a great weekend and looking forward to hearing the results.

So I am towing the car to Eurocharged Tuesday morning and will arrive around noon. So far Jake, Larry and Phil have been great and Larry seems confident he can make her do what shes supposed to do. Really all they have to do is eliminate the manual boost knob and run vac lines back to the cars factory control and then properly tune the ECU which should be cake for Larry. I have spoken with Marcin at SpeeDriven to let him know whats happening and he has still been a nice to speak with and humble guy and I do feel he will do the right thing and cover the tune should it show that Eurocharged can make it work at the promised boost levels without going into limp mode after a single run.
SpeeDrivens fab work has been great and everything looks excellent but due to the rarity of the car and its computer being so different than earlier versions they may have a little more learning to do but Marcin is a smart man and I feel he will get it.
I know a few have sent me messages here and Facebook to meet me and the car at Eurocharged and invited me to dinner and such but I wont be in town very long and am meeting some close friends for lunch. Who knows though, maybe we will just have a nice big lunch with all that wanted to come see the car.
I never imagined the car would grab so much attention and be watched so close world wide. So I guess it is an important notice.
And again I want to point out I have never bashed SpeeDriven and Marcin really is a good guy but I think his previous employee had a lot to do with hurting and stalling this cars build. The man has skills and I am sure this car has taught him a lot and he has learned from it.

So I'm assuming they gave you back most of your money because let's be real, no one who would send their car for 40k of upgrades and have it sit for 8 months, have sent back "untuned" with scratches and filth, and then back another time to discover a boost controler in the engine compartment, only to have it put down tune only numbers would have anything good to say about a company or its employees.
Seriously brother, put down the Kool aid, you got completely hosed. I'm not trying to be a jerk but it needs to be said so others don't get screwed.
