I always have to l reach over to press the individual numbers for my pre-sets. The steering wheel only allows me to tune up and tune down, but does not switch between my pre-set stations.

Is there anything I can do to adjust that?

In your comfort settings, in your MFD, you can change the radio to tune by set stations in the memory rather than up and down upon press of the up/down steering wheel button.
