Is it just me or are the GT and GTS cars really disappointing inside?

Is it just me or are the GT and GTS cars really disappointing inside?
I look at these cars and think they are a work of art but then I get in one and am so dissapointed with the interiors. The NAV screen looks like a total afterthought and the interiors just dont seem up to AMG standards. I was sitting in one the other day at the Benz dealer and looked around and thought "Yeah its nice, for a Chevy". Its a shame because its such a sweet looking machine outside and the performance is there but the interior is a let down. Looks like the values on versions with only 3-5k on them are tens of thousands under MSRP so it was tempting until I got in one.
I realize the CL is a much more luxury car but dang Benz, you could have done better with that interior.

- It's probably not just you, but you have a narrative your clearly trying to push with this post. You really think the interior of the w216 CL's that came out in 2006 in Europe are the nicer interior...lol...
- Point 2 the GT will out handle / get more look / and run down your 65 and my 65 in nearly every instance, and tune only GT cars and hell even stock tune only 65's will out run what speed driven will charge 40+k and waste over a year hacking together.

Never said the GT couldnt perform. Has great specs and is a dead sexy car. The interior just didnt seem as nice as other higher end Benz cas. Like the new S Coupe or S class is really nice. The C class I was thinking the same thing, the interior just wasnt so nice. I guess my primary gripe is the center display. Looks like a total afterthought.
That being said you did choose a particular ugly CL interior and some GTs that had a much nicer interior than the one I sat in.
The GT I sat in at the dealer was a coupe but looked like this:

60 to 200 was incredible
