Major horsepower loss in 2005 cl65.....

2005 cl65
eurcharged tuned
intake
full exhaust
trunk tank/pump
car made 660rwhp on dyno with 100 octane
ran 10.9@127

Car has been running like **** for a while and want to get sorted out Ran the car lastnight via dragy app
and trapped 117mph .Been to two Independent shops with no luck. car has no CEL or stored codes and runs fine until you get on it. struggles to get over 100mph.
checked all vacuum lines and sensors all appear to be good. compression check ok, fresh spark plugs and boost solenoid. I even sent ecu back to jerry and he said all was good.
ive logged iat's and they're under 140deg on all runs. Also have logged boost and hits 20psi@ full throttle and tapers off to 15psi. boost seems off as I remember years ago seeing about 25psi on hit and tapering to ,18. Not sure where else to check or what could possibly be wrong. any and all help greatly appreciated.

Something is probably leaking at or near the turbos.

I wish I could be more help. It sounds like it's bleeding off boost or not holding/ maintaining pressure. I would post in the M275 section if you haven't already. There are 600 guys as well as other 65s that may have experienced something similar.

It has got to be a leak somewhere. Hard to believe that both shops looked and found nothing. Maybe even try the dealer who maybe sees more of these cars?

You have a boost leak somewhere.

Have you checked the supercharger bypass valve to verify it is working properly? I've heard that when those start to fail you'll start to see some loss of boost.

He's twin turbo. He has a CL65 and not a CL55.
