Hey guy's

I have my CL for a few months now and the time for my first oil change has come.
Can you guy's advise me what type of oil should i use? considering that i live in the middle east (Israel) where its hot most of the year and dosnt snow at all.
i will defenetelly use Mobile 1 oil but not sure if to use 0W40, 5W40 or 10W40? what does mercedes recomands for the M113K engine?

I use Motul 5w40 8100 X-cess and I live on the surface of the ☀️ .... Arizona
