02 cl 55 - performance upgrades?
I recently purchased an '02 cl 55 and love it. I was interested in getting some more power, after hearing what the '04 puts out, and wanted to know if anyone had some suggestions.

1) Stay with an NA motor and add an intake, ecu, cams, exhaust, pullies, and headers. This should yield around 420 hp on a good day (with a ported and polised head).
2) You can add a kleemann or RENNtech blower to the car and get 04 like power figures. I still think a motor with 500 hp should have the built botom end of the 03, 04 and 05 cars but time will tell that story best. Kleemann Is fairly cheap in purchase but RENNtech does a total motor build with 9:1 compression for the high boost motor upgrade.
I like NA motors so I would go with first list of mods. But 500 - 600 hp sure does go faster than 420 hp. Have fun!
