ABC issues

Hello, I recently did a whole bunch of repairs and one of them was to replace the front valve block and front and back accumulators. Reason for valve block replacement was due to front passenger strut sagging after being parked for a few hours, I did notice that the front valve block was one of those newer ones that could not be repaired, and I put in one that I replaced the seals on. The issue I ran in to, after doing abc fluid flush and changing fluid filter, I went into star diagnosis and performed rodeo test to flush out bubbles and noticed my passenger front was not being actuated. I went into individual control and no matter what I pressed the strut would not move up or down, while playing around I noticed a few times the front passenger strut would randomly jump up or down without any of my input. I've ohmed out the solenoids on the valve block and are getting between 4.6-5.7 ohms at solenoids, sds isn't showing any faults regarding that passenger front strut, I'm stuck as to what could be going on, I thought maybe I miswired the connectors but during rodeo struts appear to be moving in a circular motion apart from passenger front, any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

check out YouTube playlist for CL65 of LegitStreetCars. He has a great rundown on his repairs for his ABC suspension. One of the problems he has sounds like yours. Sounds like some kind of blockage where the line pressure isn’t getting to the strut you are talking about. But maybe I’m wrong since pressure feeds front to back and you say your rear is lifting just fine. His problem was the rear wasn’t actuating.

good luck!

Best I could say is check for codes and see if a fuse blew out. Also check your fluid levels and see if the system is pressurized. Watch that YouTube series I just mentioned above. Very informative.

Good luck.
