Source for Custom Coilovers?
As much as I love the ABC system in my 2004 CL55, it appears that Mercedes is no longer producing struts for these cars according to my local Specialist.
They have been using Arnott replacements but theres a nationwide backorder on parts.
While I dont need any struts currently, they will eventually need to be replaced.
Leads me wonder if theres a source for custom, Performance oriented, coilvers for the W215.
I see the different options from Yellow Racing, StrutMasters, etc. but they seem to be inexpensive pieces meant to just replace the ABC system and not improve handling or dynamics.
Im looking for something the KW, JRI or similar setup. A company that would make custom sway bars, etc that will actually improve the ride and not have it bouncing down the road like the current offerings do.
I've reached out to BC Racing, JRI and KW already.
JRI pointed me towards Strutmasters since they are owned by the came parent company. No Thanks.
Will update if BC or KW get back to me but any other leads would be appreciated
