Fake CL65

I think I'm going to replace my CL55 and Kompressor badges with CL65 and V12 Bi Turbo badges and save $80,000. How would anyone know? LOL

obviously also the engine is different but dont forget about the brakes and intake system.

the cl65 has 15.4" front rotors with 8 piston calipers and 13.7" rear rotors with 4 piston calipers. the cl55 has 14.2" front rotors with 8 piston fixed type calipers and 13.0" rear rotors with 4 piston fixed type calipers.

the intake system on the cl65 is a twin-turbocharged intercooled system and the cl55 has a helical high-pressure supercharger with liquid-to-air intercooler.

I'm leaving in an hour to Las Vegas in my outdate CL55 along with me will be the 80k I saved. To the crap tables I shall go and make a few throws, and triple my 80k, and upon my return to semi sunny southern calif I shall shall get on the wait list at Mercedes of Laguna Nigel and my turn for the next generation CL which will probably be the CL75. The CL75 will of course have a V16 quad turbo producing 1000 hp (approx.), super duper F16 wing flap brakes, etc. etc.

Of course I could lose at the crap table and return empty handed. I been pondering what my all time favorite ride has been in the last forty+ years; and you know it was my 65VW bug, and if I remember it had 50 or so hp. But I could beat any muscle car cruising Whittier Blvd. from a standing start through the intersections, including my brothers 65 GTO.

I wonder if the old bug could beat today's CL's for the first 100ft? Happy New Years guys and don't drink and drive.

How could he be a loser if he already owns a CL55 AMG? Ever thought if that?
