I can not believe your friend can shut the ABC of without messing with the HEX file. that is something mercedes doesn't do neither a dealer has developer mode DAS like I have.
Untill now, I am not aware of anyone having the whole ABC out of the car and no warning lights. It's all "I heared", "someone said", ect.
Whatsoever, Strutmasters module is arriving in 2 days
then I will try out the module with the whoçle ABC out of the car in DAS ABC mode and switched in DAS to AirMatic mode. I will try combinations with fuses ect
I will post a threat for the whole mess
crossing fingers.

and yes the module deletes the lights perfect, everything is gone
they made it easy and added a programmer socket on their board so it's easy to read what's in there
that is something I'll go on with once I finished my CL
tomorrow the struts from yellow
I will do a test with DAS later and see if DAS gives me ABC fault codes or that it even fakes abc to DAS (weird sentence huh ?)

yes it works perfect
also, the mainchip with the program is a stupid ordinary ATMEL chip
so really easy to clone
I paid 420$ for the module + 156 shipping to europe + 180$ taxes on arrival
quit expensive for a 20$ thing

Pmercury,
keep us posted on your install and updates. If you figure out how to manually disable the warning abc completely we will all owe you a major debt.

and here is the yellow manual they join in the box. don't have time to make a pdf, but if someone has time.... also, in the manual they say it's not really recommended to mess arount with the spring setting.

I wonder if these springs can support the weight of a CL65. I know some of the coilover stuff on the SL55 wont have spring suporting the weight on the SL65. Pmercury yours is a CL600 right?
#36
same weight as a CL65
I just have 100 more HP then the CL65 lol
#37
here is my first result, I will publish my coil presets today as nobody did
don't forget to put grease on the struts and Outside Serrated Cable to avoid the rubber to move up and let dirt in
KLEEMANN CL600 712 Hp

HERE IS A EMAIL FROM YELLOW:
Hi,
Spring preload should not be changed, you can turn the adjuster knob clockwise to make the damper stiffer.
Kind Regards,
Websales Team
so as I said before, do not touch the spring preload settings not take the springs of the strut if you do not have any tools to set the load weight correctly !

Great advice on grease application. I’m installing yellow speeds on my w215 next week to replace my SM kit.
Curious what everyones using for settings for the cl55/cl500 models in particular. I ordered 16/16 front and rear spring rates

so yelow speed sent me 20kg/14kg spring rates even though i asked for 16kg front and rear...
i notice you seem to be the only w215 owner with 14/10kg spring rates..do you have the same issue with the bounciness at high speeds?
i complained to yellowspeed and they sent me a pair of 16kg springs, they claimed these springs are "linear spring rates" and that the 20/14kg kit is progressive spring rates?
they both look like linear springs to me... (equidistant coil spacing)
trying to team up with you fellow yellow speed w215 owners to find out the safest springs for yellowspeed kit...besides the bounciness at high speed "wavy" roads and bridges, its a great kit. id love to try different combinations but i have lots of other minor things on my w215 that im restoring right now...just did valve covers, spark plugs, shift bushings, oil, etc and im buying my first house right now. id love to work together instead of waste time

The bounciness improves when I removed nearly all preload, just enough tension to keep the springs from spinning freely
but still wasn’t perfect
I agree I think together we can find the solution, my best idea so far is yellowspeed front coilovers and strutmasters in the rear WITH upgraded/firmer springs on the rear strutmasters. This is the best of all worlds but unfortunately you’ll need to buy two kits
