I just bought a very similar optioned car for $36200 / $1500 off asking price, my 2014 did not have the seats or the AMG Sports Exhaust but it did have the Driver Assistance Package and almost the same miles 26k and was listed at $37.7k. Your carfax does not show much of any history. not a deal breaker but something to think about. Its also missing a center wheel cap and the emblem and makers plaque from the engine cover. Small things but might show a lack of care / maintenance. Overall I'd say it looks like a good price, I would say you should offer $36k for it. One other thing to think about is an inspection, most Mercedes dealers will offer an inspection service for about $350. They will go over the car as if they were going to certify is as a CPO car. They will give you a detailed report. For 1% of cost of the car it is money well spent when not buying from a MB Dealer.
