We recently completed a world first conversion on the CLA45 AMG using our Stage 2 package.
The client doesn't live in the UK so he shipped his turbo to us for conversion and Stage 2 controller calibration.
Here is an article on the Silver Arrows Blog

We have already fitted a few A45 AMGs with stage 2 setups but this was the first CLA45 and is now arguably the most powerful CLA45 AMG on the planet

i wanna see some video of that bad boy!!
one question though, it says it's getting 3.8 0-60 times with the stage 2, I remember seeing 3.8 0-60 times with stage 1 tunes already out. I'm pretty sure Rebellion being one of them.

Yes your right we have seen 3.8 on stage 1 only..... But there comes a point where simple physics and laws of grip are overcome with standard wheels and tires etc irrespective of max power

I want 6 of these A45 engines w/turbo/ecu mods strapped together & shoe horned into a Unimog! Making the worlds only 2,640 HP V24-6 turbo Unimog lol.. Hmm maybe 3-4 would fit into r230 Seriously though very impressed to see such mods come so quickly to market...

What is included in the stage 2 kit? Larger turbo or re-worked turbo ?

Would love to see the Dyno comparison of Stock vs. Stage 1 vs Stage 2.
I assume the biggest difference is not 0-60mph, but 60-160mph. The reason 0-60 can't improve much more is bc of Tires and front wheel drive bias AWD system. Maybe 3.7-3.6 with the right rubber and perfect track conditions, but still, those are insane numbers for a "hot hatch" as Clarkson would put it.

Here in Australia one of the leading tuners is also putting together their phase/stage 2 tune for the M133 with AFAIK similar output but they insist it must also consist of an intercooler upgrade and certain specific upgrades to the transmission since the torque output is a massive increase to keep it all happy maybe due to different/hotter conditions here.
Would you need to use a higher octane fuel as well or is it still run on pump gas ? TIA.

Hi,
Yes just the Turbo that needs reworking, we have numerous Stage 2 Cars running worldwide and we are building another 2 as we speak.
No it runs on normal fuel, we recommend premium unleaded to get the best gain ... or Race Fuel if you want !!

Awesome car....
Awesome, great to see this stuff...
Also Craig, my SL 55 is coming in to Buckhead Imports next week for the ASP crankshaft pulley that I've had on order for almost a month now, I've heard your E55 might have a similar set up engine wise to my car, hopefully this will solve the constant belt shredding which has been happening to my car the past 2 years...must have gone through a hundred Gates heavy duty belts...any real world driving impressions of the difference with the ASP pulleys?

Not the stock bottom end... But lets just say the benefit of actually owning a physical car to develop your products on has meant we have seen what goes pop and when!
So far two turbos, one injector, one melted spark plug and a whole new engine......all on our own car before any product was released to market..
This has allowed us to adapt software and hardware modifications around real world results..
As anyone knows you got to pay to play! But we wanted to do the paying....so customers didn't have to! We currently have around 120 45AMG vehicles globally running our system.
