Will your system work with a car that has a Plug & Play(piggyback) tune,
and also what guarantees that it will not throw a CEL code if you install the decatted down pipe?
The system has been tested on numerous CLA45's here at our facility and it has been perfect with no exception. We have data logging capabilities that show us exactly why the ECU will throw the CEL code and this how we are able to get this to work.

Is the stock system salvageable without lifting the engine? I haven't looked into it, but have dealt with mfg's that have made it virtually impossible to do so without cutting the stock exhaust. Very interested in saving it and don't wanna make a huge project out of a bolt on setup.

You do not have to do any kind of cutting to remove or install the exhaust system. We know the value of the stock exhaust systems, and we follow this practice with all of our exhaust system designs. The CLA45 exhaust system is one of most straight forward systems to install. Hope this helps. Thanks!
Curious as to why your stock dyno doesn't intersect at 5252rpm. If you shift the curves over to actually line up, it seems this system's gains are only recognized between ~5300 to redline.. and we lose a bit of hp/torque on the low-end.
I guess we need some third party dynos to confirm/deny the overall gains.
The downpipe and claimed power increase all sound great. I'm also curious to know if you'll be offering a couple different options for the heat shield finish?

I think the one weistec has now is pretty sexy looking compared to the stock one. carbon fiber and titanium finish is just going to make the price go up! I would rather put the money into parts that will make the car go faster!

$1795 is Inconel Money, not 304 Stainless.
Hell, these can be made in high grade titanium for WAY less than that.
Sorry to be so rash, but this is the absolute truth. I'm sure my post will probably get deleted because they are a sponsor. But hopefully they get the message. Price gouging your customers is not a cool practice.
